Barracks Row Main Street Fall Festival/CHAL Exhibit 

When: Saturday, September 23rd 2017. 11am-5:00pm

Event: Longest running event, the Barracks Row Fall Festival features activities and booths that blend urban diversity with the curiosities of small town fairs. Free to the public.

Where: Frame of Mine front gallery 8th St. SE (Next to Miracle Theater).

Details: Approximately 30 paintings/photographs will be exhibited from participating CHAL members inside the front, small window gallery area of Frame of Mine. CHAL volunteer members will conduct the viewing and sales. No commission will be taken/artists gets full amount/CHAL accepts cash/checks only for immediate or delayed pickup by customer.

CHAL members please  send jpg images of two 2-D artworks or photographs with title of work in the subject line and on the image file. List the size of the painting/photograph, price, medium and contact email/contact phone.

Those artists exhibiting can also bring (5) matted unjuried paintings/photographs priced for sale~include name, contact info and price and name of the piece for bin sale.

Suggested Theme: Main Street Everywhere! But all work will be considered.

Notifications sent out by Sept. 20~all who apply will be contacted via email.

Drop off: Sept 22 at 10am- 12pm Frame of Mine with label attached. Final art work does not have to be framed but must be wired for hanging. 

Pick up work: Sunday Sept 24, 12pm-2pm NO ARTWORK will be stored.

We invite you to come and paint/draw/sketch, too! Set up your easel when you volunteer and you can show visitors your current work. Please send a note if you are interested in being an “artist at work”.

NOTE: Two hour volunteer shifts required from all exhibiting artists. Two volunteers will work the shifts and sell artwork for cash/checks only.

Membership Annual Meeting Sept. 23, 2017
